It is our pleasure to announce that Hughes, Wedgwood & Company, LLC and William Patterson and Associates, P.C. have reached an agreement to join forces.  The firms will retain the name of Hughes, Wedgwood & Company, LLC.   The effective date of the merger is January 1, 2012.
